Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at LOVO. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds as outlined below.

1.Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be completed within seven (7) days of receiving the order.
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" are not eligible for return or refund.​

2.​How to Return an Item​

If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at ​[email protected]​ to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  • Carefully repackage the item and include a copy of the original order receipt.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.​

3.Refund Process​

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund via the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take up to seven (7) business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error in processing your order or the item is defective.​

4.Non-Returnable Items​

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Products marked as "final sale" or clearance items​

5.Exchange Policy​

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return/refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6.Changes to This Policy 

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. If any changes are made, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date. Please review this policy periodically for any updates.
